  Clinic review:Poor experience, frustrating and mostly unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Would recommend going almost anywhere else. Administration review: Terrible experience with getting my bill (and everything else I guess). Just simply awful. Went to urgent care in a different city, gave them all of my information but the member number didn't match up when they got in from the hospital I was treated at so they just dropped it. All of the other information was the same, but the one number made them drop it. After a month and a half or so I called to see what was going on with my bill because I didn't hear anything about it. The hospital that treated me said they sent it to GHC, called up GHC they claimed they never got it and had me call to verify the address it was sent to, which I had to do twice to verify that it was sent to the correct address. I did a three way call, which is when we found out why the claim was dropped. Finally, I am getting some resolution. On top of all of this, they were going to retrieve my medical records from the hospital that treated me and get back to me on what the tests meant, but they never did. Unfortunately I wasn't aware I hit my deductible, which really irritates me because I would have had other things checked out while I was there. But, they let me know this was the fact AFTER I was done with the calendar year. All in all I'm happy to be done dealing with GHC, it's pretty pathetic when they just drop a claim simply because one number didn't match but all other information fit. Update: I went to talk to them today and they pretty much told me they don't reach out to get records from external providers even though I was told they would and that they never got the records in the first place. It's nice have member services insinuate you are a liar. I won't be a member much longer after this. At the end of the day, I didn't get resolution or even a thought on what was wrong and was insulted by member services.
