  Receptionist clearly hates her job. I had like four very reasonable questions and she was super rude and condescending and spent the same amount of time pretty much not being helpful, as she could have spent answering all my questions with a positive attitude. Actually it took more time out of each of our days, as I had to ask several follow-up questions due to her seeming to go out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible in my situation, perhaps to punish me for asking her to do her job. I hope the call was recorded. It was amazing how rude she was to someone trying be give her clinic money to become a patient. I may not sound like it here, as I am all grumpy about this now, but you REALLY have to go far out of your way to make me think anything but nice things about you. I will give the benefit of the doubt 101 times out of 100. Actually it was my girlfriend who overheard my conversation on speaker phone that made me realize just how condescending and rude this lady was. So here is my first ever bad review, as my therapist says I am too nice and I should be more assertive. I hope I didn't over-do it. I don't know how the doctors are here, and I might never know because their receptionist went so far out of her way to not make it ANY easier for me to figure out how to get an appointment there.
